Manufacturing Process & Heat Treatment

Our ASTM A179 tubes are manufactured as seamless cold-drawn products. After the final cold-drawing process, the tubes undergo a heat treatment at a minimum of 1200°F (650°C). This critical step relieves internal stresses, improves toughness, and enhances the material's resistance to corrosion.
