Usually the tubes are supplied in the production length (5 to 6 meters). A precise length may be supplied upon request.

Quality Control

Strict Testing

Chemical composition analysis: Ensure that the material composition meets the standard requirements.

Mechanical performance testing: Including tensile testing, impact testing, etc., to ensure that the steel tube has sufficient strength and toughness.

Non destructive testing: Using ultrasonic, eddy current, or radiographic testing techniques to detect internal defects in steel tubes.

Hydraulic test: Each steel tube undergoes a hydraulic test to ensure good sealing and pressure bearing capacity in high-pressure environments.
