1. Raw material preparation: High quality steel billets are selected as raw materials, and after passing preliminary inspection, they enter the production line.
2. Hot rolling: Steel billets are rolled by a rolling mill at high temperatures to form capillary tubes.
3. Acid washing: Remove oxide scale and impurities on the surface of the capillary tube through acid washing.
4. Cold drawing: Cold drawing the pickled tube to gradually reduce the thickness of the tube wall, improve surface quality, and achieve the required specifications and dimensions.
5. Annealing: Cold drawn steel pipes undergo annealing treatment to eliminate internal stress and improve their toughness and flexibility.
6. Straightening: After annealing, the steel pipe is straightened to achieve the required straightness according to the standard.
7. Inspection of packaging: The final product undergoes strict inspection, and after passing the inspection, it undergoes rust prevention treatment and packaging.
