1. Raw material preparation: Select high-quality steel billets as raw materials, undergo preliminary inspection, and enter the production line.
2. Perforation: Steel ingots are formed into capillary tubes through a perforation mechanism at high temperatures.
3. Acid washing: Remove the oxide scale and impurities on the surface of the capillary tube through acid washing.
4. Cold drawing: The acid washed tube is cold drawn to gradually thin the tube wall, improve surface quality, and achieve the required specifications and dimensions.
5. Annealing: Cold drawn steel tubes undergo annealing treatment to eliminate internal stress and improve their toughness and flexibility.
6. Straightening: After annealing, the steel tube is straightened according to standard requirements to achieve the required straightness.
7. Packaging inspection: The final product undergoes strict inspection and undergoes rust prevention treatment and packaging after passing the inspection.
